Wholesale & Sublet Calibration

Your Shop's
Calibration Partner
in Los Angeles

You replace the glass. You do the collision repair. We handle the calibration — fast, documented, and to OEM specification. No equipment to buy, no technicians to train, no cars sitting on your lot waiting.

The Bottleneck

Calibration Shouldn't Slow Your Shop Down

More than half of the vehicles coming through your bays need ADAS recalibration after service. Handling it in-house means capital equipment, training, floor space, and liability. Sending it out badly means delays and unhappy customers.

  • No equipment investment. Calibration rigs, targets, and software subscriptions run into the tens of thousands. We already have them.
  • No liability exposure. The calibration is performed and documented under our name, with a report you keep on file.
  • Cars move through faster. Same-day scheduling in most cases, so vehicles aren't parked waiting on a sublet.
  • You keep the customer. We work behind the scenes as your calibration department, not as a competitor.

What Happens Without a Calibration Partner

  • Vehicles sit for days waiting on an outside calibration appointment
  • Comebacks when a warning light appears after the customer drives off
  • Liability sits with your shop if an uncalibrated system fails
  • Insurers question undocumented or unverifiable calibration work
  • Glass and collision jobs get turned away because calibration isn't covered
  • Dealerships charge premium rates and control your turnaround time

Who We Partner With

Built for Shops That Need Calibration Handled

If a vehicle leaves your bay with a camera, radar, or sensor that was disturbed, it needs calibration. We work with the shops that touch those systems every day.

Auto Glass Shops

Nearly every windshield replacement on a 2018-or-newer vehicle requires forward camera recalibration. We become your calibration arm so you can quote the full job instead of turning it away.

Collision Repair Centers

Front-end impacts, bumper work, suspension repair, and alignment changes all affect radar and camera aim. We handle post-repair calibration with documentation your insurers will accept.

Dealerships

Overflow calibration when your service department is at capacity, or coverage for makes outside your primary brand. Same OEM procedures, no wait for an internal bay to open up.

Fleet Operators

Delivery vans, rideshare fleets, and commercial vehicles carry the same ADAS hardware as consumer cars. We schedule around your downtime and handle multiple units per visit.

Independent Repair Shops

Suspension work, wheel alignment, and sensor replacement can all knock calibration out of spec. Add calibration to your ticket without adding equipment to your shop.

Specialty & Performance Shops

Lift kits, lowering springs, wheel and tire changes, and body modifications all shift sensor geometry. We recalibrate so the safety systems still work after the build.

Partner Advantages

What You Get Working With ACE

A calibration partner should make your shop faster and lower your risk. That's the whole job.

01

Volume Pricing

Partner shops get wholesale rates that leave you room to mark up and still come in under dealership pricing for your customer.

02

Priority Scheduling

Partner jobs go ahead of walk-in retail work. Most calibrations are turned around the same day they arrive.

03

Full Documentation

Every job comes back with a pre-scan, post-scan, and calibration report you can attach to the RO or hand to an adjuster.

04

OEM Procedures

We follow manufacturer-specified calibration procedures and targets rather than generic aftermarket shortcuts.

05

Simple Billing

Invoice per job or consolidated monthly. No membership fees, no minimums, no long-term contract to sign.

06

Direct Line to a Tech

Not sure whether a job needs calibration? Call and ask. We'd rather answer the question than have you guess.

Common Questions

What Shops Ask Us First

We do serve retail customers, but partner work is kept separate. When a vehicle comes to us through your shop, it goes back to your shop. We don't solicit your customers for other services, and we don't do glass or collision work ourselves.

Most calibrations are completed the same day the vehicle arrives. Turnaround depends on the make and whether the job needs static calibration, dynamic road calibration, or both. We confirm expected timing when you send the job so you can set customer expectations accurately.

As a general rule: if the windshield was replaced, the front bumper came off, the suspension or alignment changed, or a sensor was removed, calibration is likely required. Manufacturer requirements vary considerably, so call us with the year, make, model, and what was serviced and we'll confirm before you quote the customer.

Every job returns with a pre-scan report, the calibration record showing which systems were calibrated and to what specification, and a post-scan confirming all affected systems pass. This is the paperwork insurers and adjusters typically ask for, and it's what protects your shop if a question comes up later.

No minimums and no contract. Send us one job a month or twenty. Wholesale rates are based on the account, not on hitting a quota, and there's no fee to set up or maintain a partner account.

We cover the full range of common domestic, Japanese, Korean, and European makes, including EVs. If you regularly see a specific make, mention it when you set up the account so we can confirm coverage and procedures up front.
