This website, aceautolab.com, is operated by Automotive Calibration Experts LLC, doing business as ACE AutoLab ("ACE AutoLab," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide ADAS calibration, module programming and coding, and diagnostic services from our shop at 115 E Gardena Blvd, Unit 1A, Gardena, CA 90248.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you contact us or bring us a vehicle, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, call, text, or email us, you may give us:

  • Contact details such as your name, phone number, and email address
  • Business details if you are a shop, such as shop name, your role, shop type, location, and estimated job volume
  • Vehicle details such as year, make, model, VIN, the service you need, and anything else you include in your message

Information created when we service a vehicle

When we work on a vehicle, we create service records such as pre-scan and post-scan reports, calibration records, and programming or coding records. These are tied to the vehicle's VIN and to the customer or shop that brought it in.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, when you visit this site some information is collected automatically by our service providers, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This happens through cookies and similar technologies described in the Cookies and Advertising section below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions, quote requests, and partner inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and perform the services you request
  • Create and keep service documentation, and provide it to you, the shop that sent the vehicle, or an insurer when you ask us to
  • Send invoices and handle billing for partner accounts
  • Measure how well our website and advertising work, such as counting how many people contact us after clicking an ad
  • Keep our website secure and working properly
  • Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

4. Phone Calls and Text Messages

Our business number, (424) 484-4297, accepts both calls and text messages. If you text us, we will use your number to reply to you about your request, appointment, or vehicle. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. If you no longer want to receive text messages from us, reply STOP or tell us, and we will stop texting you.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as website hosting, form delivery, email, accounting, website analytics, and advertising measurement. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
  • The shop that sent us your vehicle. If a glass shop, collision center, dealership, or other shop sends your vehicle to us, we provide the service records for that job back to that shop.
  • Insurers or other parties you authorize. We share service documentation with an insurer, adjuster, or anyone else when you or the shop that sent the vehicle asks us to.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.
  • Business transfers. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Cookies and Advertising

This website uses the following third-party services, which may set cookies or collect information about your visit:

  • Google Ads. We use the Google tag to measure conversions, which means counting when someone who clicked one of our ads submits a form or taps to call or text us. Google may use cookies to do this. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage your ad preferences at myadcenter.google.com.
  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and how visitors found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device, and browser. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Google Maps and Google Fonts. Our homepage shows an embedded Google Map, and our pages load fonts from Google. When your browser loads these, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.
  • Web3Forms. Our website forms are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, which processes the information you type into the form in order to send it to us.
  • Cloudflare. Our website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which processes visitor information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and block malicious traffic.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, but we may not be able to measure which ads led to your visit.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, and this site does not currently respond to those signals.

This site links to other websites, including our Instagram, Yelp, and Google Business Profile pages. Those sites are run by other companies and have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship with you or your shop. We keep service records and invoices for as long as needed for warranty, insurance, legal, tax, and accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website, email, or text message transmission is completely secure, so please don't send us sensitive information such as payment card numbers through our website forms or by text.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal, tax, warranty, or record-keeping reasons
